King Price Insurance
I have been trying to cancel my upcoming policy for a week now with King Price, firstly I have to wait forever to get through to the consumer service agent. Then every time a call is transferred to the cancellation department it rings none stop and is never attended to due to supposed high volumes. I have been told that I would be called back by a cancellation agent to process my cancellation twice now and I’m still waiting to this day. The service has been nothing but disappointing and the lack of feedback is disgusting.
