King Price Insurance

My daughter and son-in-law moved to NZ therefore arranged with King Price Insurance that I be appointed to deal with their insurance as I am in SA. I am also the regular driver on both vehicles under the Insurance Policy. King Price had no problem in dealing with me and had no problem in taking my personal bank account nr from me directly for the debit order purpose however, the minute I wanted to cancel the policy they insist dealing with the policy holder only. You can send a cancellation mail but they just send you a corny reply mail stating that they tried to contact you and that your policy will remain active until they managed to speak to you. Getting hold of the policy holder in NZ by phone is tricky because of the time difference and so you end up with an insurance policy that is next to impossible to get cancelled!!!
