King price insurance

I've requested a call frim king price conserning their products they provide. I wasnt happy and I then I cancelled the insurance when I registered with another insurance company.

They then deducted from my account and I reversed the payment and requested a call from them to do the cancellation again. Which was assued to me that the insurance was cancelled. Today 15/02/18 they yet again deducted my account and with no funds left I have to pay an extra fee for other debits. Im furious as to why they do this again. I want all the fees that I know have to pay extra. This is unacceptable!
