King Price Insurance
After 3 months of back and forth emails, King Price finally decided to finish fixing my car but it came with engine light faults and was dripping engine coolant underneath and the turbo was dead as well. They fixed the turbo only after back and forth emails where they were basically trying to pass the buck. The car still came back with engine aĺarm faults displayed on the dashboard to which Kingprice said they will not fix them as they are not related to the accident. My car was 100% before the accident and Kingprice stated to me that I should go to any accredited dealer and have them check it out at my own cost and should the dealer connect the fault to the accident then they "might" pay. I am currently driving around with engine alarm faults staring at me after receiving my car from Kingprice insurance. This car could break down at any moment. I am not a mechanic and I pay Kingprice their monthly premiums without failure but by far they are the worst insurance you could ever deal with and the level of unprofessionalism displayed by their consultants is atrocious to say the least. They don't give feedback or do follow ups. I had to use my own airtime and data to force feedback out of them for a full 3 months. If this is how you treat customers and the company is still relatively new, then you won't retain any customers and sustain your business.
