King Price increased my premium without my consent

I have noticed that to get a senior person to call you at King Price you have to complain about them first then they will give you attention. I have been trying to get hold of them the whole week and till today they have not call me back, and the Call Center agents cannot help me or answer my questions, how useless of them.

I changed my address and needed to find out why it has increased but no one can help me, when I check online on my profile, the premium has been increased without my consent. I think its time to move on to the next insurance that cares about customers satisfaction.
