King Price incompetency

Two consecutive months of King Price insurance debiting amounts out of my bank account. Asking for admin fees to change policies... then policies not being changed. The discrepancies of amounts are yet to be refunded to me. As well as NO COMMUNICATION when your dissatisfied and contact them. Then on top of it all I have emails with my premium amount stated on the email and yet they now feel that their generated premium is valid and that is what they are sticking to. When my premium has decreased after the years... in a matter of a few months claim free my premium now increases by an exorbitant amount. My car depreciates in value but my insurance premium fluctuates and increases even with a premium fee stated on paper. After 3 years of coverage with King Price I'm disgusted and agitated with the stress and incompetence of King price that I have experienced over the last 2 consecutive months. Managers and consultants call you with no solution except transfering calls and you repeating yourself... to no solution. I WILL NOT EVER reccomend King price insurance to anyone. Not even an enemy. My money is now kept by king price with no solution to a refund as well as no competent person communicating about my policy and premium. Disgusting
