The company is so good at closing new business and lacks at closing claims.

I refer to claim number CKP***/1. A claim submitted in November 2020. 60 days later, the claim is still not complete. The insurance makes infinite promises. I was referred to a particular panel beater who were going to repair my vehicle. The repairs were not complete. I am still waiting for a rear mirror until to this day. Whenever I take it up with KING PRICE, they point me to the panel beater, the panel beater would be point me back to KING PRICE. Both firms are pointing fingers at each other to say, “they should be doing this and that”. I have advised my close friends and family about my experience with KING PRICE, and I am glad that they will also be terminating their business with this insurance company. All these people were referred by me, and I do not want them to go through what I have gone through. I have sent multiple of emails to KING PRICE about my anxieties regarding the claim, but I have not heard feedback. Their consultants would promise to phone you back in which they never do. I have been told that the mirror is coming from Johannesburg for 60 days straight. Yet, Johannesburg is in South Africa and not Europe where you wait 30 days for a delivery. I am really considering changing my insurance company. KING PRICE did not meet my needs for my first claim with them. If they can do this to me their loyal client, it so evident that they can also do it to you!
