King Price has done nothing after I reposted my vehicle ****** almost a month ago

I have reported my car ****** to King Price on 19 October 2020. Since then I have followed up with King Price on numerous occasions as to what is happening. Each time they respond that someone will call me back and then absolutely nothing happens. My car has a tracker on it and I cannot see the problem in recovering it. I am however concerned in what condition my vehicle will be by now. It seems I am the only one concerned. This vehicle is still on finance and I am paying the premiums, yet I dont have my vehicle. I cannot even get hold of the person from SAPS that is dealing with this case. I am paying my King Price insurnace premiums every month and I have been paying tax for 30 years. Yet when I need service from both king Price and SAPS, I dont get any
