King Price ghosting clients
Well, well, well. After a brilliant start the king (and his minions) have fallen off their white horses. When I was negotiating an insurance package from them, my e-mails were instantaneously responded to - usually within 2-3 hours. Now that the policy has kicked in, only a deathly silence from the kingdom. I have sent 2 e-mails and a Whatsapp message to request cancellation and I have received absolutely no response to any of it. In fact, the Whatsapp message has not even been read. So, all the negative things I have heard since switching to King Price certainly seems to be true. My efforts to "recruit" clients for King Price have all been met by the same response:" Nooooooo, stay away!!! They are brilliant in the beginning and then they ghost you". All I want is for someone to acknowledge my cancellation request. Lest us see if I will have to send smoke signals too . . . . . . . .
