King Price from hero to zero (claim CKP ***/1)

It is with regret that I have to comment negatively regarding the service I received from King Price, especially after the cordial welcome I received when joining them recently. The big storm in Pretoria a while ago forced me to claim for lost roof tiles and damage to barged boards at one of my rental properties. After the assessor assessed the damage, a contractor was appointed by King Price to repair the damage. The contractor then contacted me and demanded the insurance excess in cash claiming that was the only payment he was going to receive for repairing the damage. (none of my business) Needless to say, the contractor performed a poor job, and after numerous calls to the assessor for assistance, I called the offices of King Price. The consultant at King Price set up a three-way conversation between the contractor, me and the consultant. I assured the consultant of King Price that I was not interested in this this conversation as I received an e mail from King Price requesting to report problems/concerns to King Price as they will address the problems with the contractor. I also reminded the consultant that I did not sign off clearance certificate no 676653 but that the tenant did. Now, two weeks later the problem is still not soLved, what now King Price?
