King Price forced business
I took up a car insurance policy effective December 2024. This was in November. On the 30th of November I phoned and told them to cancel the policy because I got a better deal elsewhere. The lady I spoke to moved the policy to 1 Jan in the hopes that I would not cancel. On the 18th of December I sent her an email to cancel the policy. On the 31st of December I phoned for the policy to be cancelled. Then the 1st of January 2025 the debit goes off my account. I did not even get a debit mandate that I needed to approve for this debit.
