#King Price for president for all insurance companies

Writing this has been nothing short of emotionally overwhelming for me.

Not only is King Price Insurance a company but it is a visionary company changing the way insurance is done, not only are focuses and emphasis put on how customer is king, customers being treated like royalty but when one picks up a call of a client who would like to lodge a claim or follow up on their claim. One feels how calm a client is. But I would like to attest to how employees are treated like royalty and you are not just a number.

It has been a impacible year being an employee of King Price insurance, being in the insurance industry since 2010 with various insurance companies, being part of this family has been nothing short of a breath taking and one in a lifetime experience.

Starting my journey at King Price, I was in absolute awe at how values are embedded in each and every individual in King Price Insurance.

Although my journey has been nothing short of amazing with King Price, life took some unexpected turns in terms of my health and for someone who had less than four months being employed.

June 2025 I was diagnosed with a serious condition that required an emergency procedure, not only did I panic and that I would lose my job but getting out of that procedure after an overian cyst had rapture and had an emergency operation my doctor informed me that I am not out of the woods yet.

The doctor whilst performing my procedure performed a laparoscopy and discovered that I had appendicitis and later that evening whilst in hospital my appendix rapture and I was immediately taken to remove my appendix. . I eventually got discharged two weeks aftrt and got booked off from work for a month and in most of the call centre insurance industry we all know that absentasim is handled in the most brutal way but not with King Price Insurance.

In my case not only being part of such a prestigious company that values its staff and their staff wellbeing while management embody and emcompas the company values, I was not only provided with support by management visits in hospital and constantly reassured that my health comes first and is more important even after insisting countless of times upon my discharge from hospital a to return to work before the doctor advised I am fit to return to work, with so much care, calls and support from my General manager, business managers and team manager in the claim space I was told to recover fully and that work can wait, mind you I am not 6 months in the company.

The main emphasis was my health and recovery with so much care, love and overwhelming support from management.

The rollacoster ride was supposed to get better but unfortunately after into returning back from work after being out of work for six weeks I fell at work and my internal wounds had not yet fully healed. In some insurance companies an employee with so much happening would have been shamed, ridiculed and management would have had some form of resentment but not at King Price. I was then hospitalized and provided with compassionate leave as I got injured on duty.

Upon my return at work management welcome me back royalty style, they had so much compassion and are still empathetic to each and every stuff member and one is not just a number that can be replaced at a snap of their finger like other insurance companies.

Being in the claims space and coming from various insurance companies one can feel so much anxiety, fear and worry about losing a job but not at King Price Insurance.

This experience has made me emotional, grateful and I look forward to going and serving clients with the same royalty treatment that I received from King Price Claims management and HR.

It's beautiful to see how great work can be acknowledged if you put in the effort recognition comes second nature to King Price.

The statement stronger together is a value not only stated on billboards and websites but it is lived through and through.

With tears streaming down my face being overwhelmed with so much gratitude I can proudly be testimont of being part of a tight knit, fun and loving family.

Making a difference in clients lives, stuff and business partners is not just a statement but it is lived with no hidden agenda or terms and conditions.

With all that being said.
