King Price failing to settle claim as per policy

I took an insurance with King Price for my three cars and my kids use either of the cars when I send them around on request. On the Saturday of the 30th I send my son to Mabopane, while on the road he was bumped by a private car at the back while waiting at a intersection. Now King Price is want tracker reports on all my cars and telling me that they cannot cover the car because my son is recognised as a regular driver of the car which is not, my son only use the car when I send him to run errands on my behalf and he is a regular taxi user to school and home and now KingPrice is saying they want all my three cars tracker report. I do not know why involving my other cars when the only one car involved in the accident was the one reported. I feel that the insurance company enjoy taking premiums but when you need the insurance company to assist, red tap is not making it easy for the process to be done. Excuses is all I get and the insurance company is not assisting me with my claim.
