King price failed to disclose the material facts during the sales

King Insurance is the worst insurance company in South Africa. They are quick to offer cheap quotes but come claim time, they'll find every excuse not to pay. To anyone who cares to listen, my word of advise is... STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! They do not have the customer's interest at heart, all they want is your money.

I took an insurance cover KP*** for my vehicle and I specifically asked for " I want cover that covers for everything, Comprehensive you call it". Later during that conversation, the sales representative asked me if I was going to install a tracking device or not, which to me sounded like I had an option to have or not to have. When I asked him what the difference was, he told me "the only difference is that you will get a discount". Now my claim is rejected and I'm told that the option I had selected had conditions. These conditions were never mentioned during sales.

King Price failed to insure that I was appropriately covered as I had initially requested and failed to disclose material facts for my cover during sales.
