KING PRICE FAIL👎

Unhappy customer👎On 14 June 2022 I logged a complaint on my building insurance that I have with King Price.The storm was so heavy and damage my room sliding door which causes the storm to desperately come in my room and was then over flooded with water. The leminated flooring that I have in my room was damaged.

King Price then send out an accesser the following Saturday and he mentioned that he can see that the water damaged the flooring.

After a full week of no respond from the insurance I then called in and ask about my claim because I dont hear nothing from them. They say this morning that it was not approved but will give the right feedback and call back.

My wife help me to call in and ask them what's happening with the claim a lady said it's not approved because the flooring wasn't done correctly and they will not cover.

So my question was so my house could burn of and they wil also not cover King Price is fooling the people and I will defenetly take this further.
