King Price excellent service

I asked King Price if I was covered for the lost of a stylus pen of my Samsung phone. They said it was not covered according to policy, because it is an accessory. I asked them then to please reconsider and review this decision. They went out of their way to assist me and the claim was registered and completed in one day. That is service.
