KING PRICE: EXCELLENT CHAT SYSTEM ON WEBSITE
Early days yet. I have bought a policy from King Price recently and my interactions with their call agents via the chat option on their website have been incredible.
These people are consummate professionals and they actually make you feel like they WANT to help you. I interacted with THREE of them over the course of two days. All were professional, polite, and immensely helpful. Shout out to Rowayne Hartze who I have dealt with right now(27 March 2022) , Mbali, who I was cut off from due to my computer crashing, and the lady that I dealt with on Saturday (sorry, forgot your details) I am looking forward to conducting more business with King Price in future.
