King Price dropping the ball

absolutely shocked at the level of service I received from King Prince relating to my claim. after waiting two weeks for my car to be assessed by the assessor and then sending my vehicle to a repairer 40km away from my residence they are not willing to extend my car rental due to there poor performance. parts are being order by King Price and only arrive yesterday at the panel beaters. I have not other means of transportation but they wont even engage into discussion of extending car rental due to a two week waiting period
