King Price Draging on my claim

<p>I reported my claim of hijack with King Price Insurance on 5 January 2016. They took two weeks to appoint the accessor. The accessor requested for a number of documents including: police report, natis,settlement letter, a copy of the spare key etc and he made me sign the documents from the cellphone company for the billing and beacon. When I make a followup with him he tells me that they are delayed by the cellphone company, contrary to the message I received from the cellphone company that they were forwading these documents immediately a week ago. The debit order for this car has already gone once on 15 January 2017 after the report of this incident and it is bound to go again on 15 February 2017 if they do not finalise this matter asap. </p>
