King price doesn't actually pay you out, they just say they did.

I submitted a claim late in Jan. I waited patiently, eventually someone called me and did the due diligence, about 2 weeks later on the 9th of Feb I get a call and a mail saying that everything was finished and they paying out today, I should receive the money within 2 working days, this was a Thursday so I left it for the Monday. Monday the 13th of feb came and went, no money, by Wednesday the 15th I call them, and they say this to me, "Mr Swain the money has been paid out but we see here that it never went through, we must have had a system issue, I will get the respective agent to call you back today and confirm your banking details again" at this point I'm Hella mad, but stay calm and courteous, I say thank you and we end the call. The next day, nothing. So I call again, a different agent tells me the same thing. And now I'm here posting a hello Peter on the next day, Friday the 17th. And I bet you if I leave it be nobody will call me today. I'll update you guys later.
