KING PRICE DOESN'T CARE....

cannot believe the service i received from King Price. After spending hours on the phone with them while they try to get me to take out car insurance with them, i eventually agree and give them my information. i phone Outsurance to cancel my current policy and they convince me not to move. Taking into consideration how much Outsurance has assisted me with my previous claim I decide to keep my car insured with Outsurance. i immediately email King price to cancel and was not charged for the month of May. BUT in June the debit my account. When i phoned to find out whats happening they say ?t's so easy for you to reverse the debit at your bank you just have to pay them and it will be done immediately\ the lady then asks why did I cancel with them and i explained my experience with Outsurance her response was "in this business there's no Loyalty\""<br> Besides the fact that King Price only cares about money and are not loyal to their clients"
