King Price doesn't care

My name is Dorothy,On the 29th July 15 i got an accident, a lady beat the robot and my car was hit. I called my insurance and my car was towed and was told to claim after i get a case number which i did on the friday.i didnt take cover that includes a courtesy car because we had an extra car at home,unfortunately it was sold the same week of the accident.i asked if i can get 1 and pay extra even on the spot,i was told i cant and thats it.my car was assessed more than 7 days later and when i called 10/08 i was advised its assessed and to call friday,i did and told it was submitted to Great South and authorised to repair.i called the repair place and told it was received today only. I have no car for an accident i didnt cause..i am taking out excess because i need my car fixed but treated like its my fault.nobody cares really :(
