King Price does not want to entertain your claim...

<p>I was insured with King Price for over a year or two, car and house, golf set and Iphone, I bought a Volvo and got a better deal with another insurance company for my car, my other policies stayed with King Price, my house insurance included tenants liabilty up to 100 000, and one of my mates who is a photographer was living with me, in March I had a break in at my house, only my TV was ******, but they emptied my mates room, camera equipment worth over a 90 000 and also all his clothes, shoes etc, I have submitted the claim to King Price, a month went passed and they finally decided to call me, immediately the lady on the phone referred to my tenant as a visitor, I obviously realised they do not want to entertain this claim, then some time went by again and I think after another month an assesor came through, he took pictures of my mates room and inside the closets, my mate had about 10 pairs of shoes which was ******, who would remember exactly what shoes was ****** after 2 to 3 months went by?? When the assesor phoned him directly he described a pair of shoes which he had on a photo he took, my mate just said yes it sounds right, then the assesor confronted him and said this is shoes he took a picture of after the break-in, really King Price?? I told my mate he must just be honest and apologise for the mistake he made, he felt bad and called King Price the same afternoon and also advised them there is a lense on the list of his camera equipment that should not be there, this was ****** out of his Jeep with his laptop, King Price was so happy as they do not have to pay the claim due to a lense and shoe that was incorrectly submitted, I just feel that it is pathetic, they did not want to entertain this from the start and searh for a reason not to pay the claim, they just threw me of their policy and advised me I commited *****, more pathetic afterwards they have still send me messages pay less insurence every month...</p>
