KiNG PRICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

If service delivery is what you require DO NOT USE KING PRiCE EVER. Highly not recommended. Submitted a claim(storm damages) and received confirmation of a assessors arrival between 7am and 10am.Now at 10:30 still nothing,according to the assessor appointed his booking to come through to me is after 10am,King price conveniently does not hold accountability for wasting my time as customers or policy holders do not have jobs and your time is of no value,nonetheless it now conveniently is the suppliers fault who which i must add is appointed by KING PRICE. Waste the customers time no problem and just advise the customer to send an email to complaints@kingprice so we can waste your time even more...WOW. Extremely poor customer service apart from the fact that King Price does not apparently have any level of management in the business but only upto a department manager as per King price staff and as for their call back system, unless you wish to get a quote forget receiving a call back for 5 hours.shicking that even the staff do not have an idea as to what is the turnaround time for a call back to a customer but again,understandable because the customer is not important so just ignore such questions when asked.i cannot imagine if someone had to drive into my home how long will i have to wait for my insurer to get back to me.send 2 call back request @7-8am and now at 11am still not 1 response.sadly this is the KiNG PRICE "Royal Service" experience for claims and zero urgency because I repeat myself again,the customer is not important but his premium is,so we send you marketing to make you feel important with dearest customer etc lol what a bunch of BS. Worst experience ever,would not recommend. Do not fall for the BS reviews of great service as KP does not care of the customer. Quick to take a premium but sadly do not uphold their end during an emergency or crisis.DO NOT RECOMMEND...Worst insurance of the decade.
