King Price DO NOT PAY OUT APPROVED CLAIMS
Absolutely shocking service and have had to pay for both claims myself due tot the incompetence of processing the relevant claims correctly. Both have been approved ages ago but without proper information or values. My current claim on a Land Cruiser front left accident has yet to be assessed by King Price, yet somehow they have an approved payout figure of R25,000 without a single person seeing the vehicle nor any pictures provided and without any proper information?? How is that even possible considering the 2 assessment quotes I had done privately are both in excess of R46,000?? My previous hail claim in June 2025 was approved after an assessor came out and I am still awaiting payment. Shocking, shocking, shocking!
