King price disappoints yet again

I've never been more livid than when dealing with this specific insurer. I could speak about their long holding hours, their poor efforts to keep clients informed about their claims and their frustrating turn around time for giving feedback on vehicle assessments, but writing about it won't even put my mind at ease where this insurer is concerned. I pay what is due to kingprice every month and on time but this insurer handled my claim as though I owed them 10 years' worth of premiums. The last straw was when they refused to tow my vehicle back home after I pestered them to release it because they rejected my claim and adviced that I fix my vehicle from my own pocket... Why do we have roadside assistance then?? Why are we even insuring our belongings if the main aim of insurers is to not pay out. Disappointed is an understatement. I wouldn't advice anyone to use this insurer. No matter how "reasonable" they say they are, you end up paying for the poor service they give.
