King Price disappointed me

King Price Insurance has disappointed me. We had an accident with our vehicle. We took our car to our preferred Panelbeater for a quote, and the same day I had to take the car to another Panelbeater for assessment. The quote I got and the quote from the Insurance Panelbeaters was more expensive than our quote. Last night we received an email to say that they only approve this X amount for our preferred Panelbeater (R15 000 less than our Panelbeaters quote). We are with King Price for years now and this is the first time that we experience this bad service from them. I phoned them earlier this morning to find out what exactly they don't approve on the quote. I am waiting for their response. I will think twice from now on when telling people to go to King Price Insurance because they want you to take your vehicle to a back yard mechanic to fix your car. The Panelbeaters they want us to use only has bad reviews and if you asked around in town they will also say stay away from this specific panelbeater.
