King Price delays claims

I had a car accident on the 18TH January and on the same day I called and recorded a claim with my insurance company, King Price till today my vehicle has not been repaired let alone has my claim been finalized. This is really frustrating as I pay my premiums on time every month, yet I'm left stranded. I've been calling every now and then, which is also costly and when I get through i am taken from pillar to post. This is not the type of service that one should get, especially with the money we paying. It's almost a month since I claimed and I have need received any information regarding my vehicle.<br> <br> I hope you will be able to assist me in this matter.<br> <br> Kind regards
