King Price delaying claim

I was involved in an accident 5 months ago, and even though King Price have received all the needed documentation have been sent to them 2 months ago, there is no movement.

I contact them almost weekly, and if I get a reply (which is seldom) it is: "Your claim will be settled early next week" which never happens. Apparently it is being held up by personal items claimed by me ( my mobile phone and the motorcycle gear I had on) of which they are apparently trying to assess. There are only 7 of these items, and I included pricing from the sources where I bought it. It took me 1 hour to get the prices, how can they still not have it after 2 months?

I deliver an essential service, and have been borrowing transport from a friend for the past 3 months because of the inability of King Price to speedily resolve a claim.

There is a total lack of communication which, together with a constant delay tactic, is not getting any closer to the claim being resolved. I want to get this behind me and move on, but all I am getting from King Price is empty promises.
