I must say i had the best experience with this company by far. After meetinh an accident my dad called KP and informed them whilst in an ambulance i alredy get a sms to say the incident has been logged and a towing service would be there shortly. Every step of the wat i was informed regarding the status of my vehicle. On monday i received a call to assist with the handling of my claim wich took all of 15mins. By tuesdat my car had been assessed and written off. The only hold up regarding my claim was the bank (whats new). However 2 weeks later and my claim has been processed. A big shout out to megan clarke the claims handler who assisted me with such great effeciency and professionalism. So happy with this company for their excellent customer service!
