KING PRICE DECLINED HEAD LIGHTS CLAIM

I’ ve been paying this insurance for 7 years never claimed , never been in an accident. I unfortunately got in an accident, a natural disaster incident, the water damaged my head lights, fog lights and bumper, KING PRICE (Laurence van Niekerk being the assessor) refused lights to be installed even when it was recommended that they be installed since they were damaged. PLEASS HELP ME SINCE I AM DRIVING A CAR WITHOUT LIGHTS FOR SAFETY PURPOSES. The car is not road worthy. VERY DISAPPOINTED, DONT RECOMMEND, you’ll be left in the dark with no lights.
