King Price - Customer is king. Exceed expectations, always - ********* mission statement

After the destructive hail storm experienced early Nov this year, my complete house, roof and tangible additions were damaged and experienced conditional hail damage.

King price sent over the most *********** service provider who submitted a claim for one wall of the house. After numerous emails, requests for call back, an incomplete effort I was sent an email that my claim will be settled.

King price does not live by their company values and mission. I have requested a change of service provider to re-assess but only received empty promises. I now have a self-standing house with only one of the four walls painted ..... Instead of understanding my needs as a paying customer, King Price is convinced by a cheating service provider.

I really hope this message reaches everyone that are in the market for household insurance and encourage them NEVER to consider King Price for their arrogance, empty promises and unprofessionalism.
