King Price Consultant Lies

So i have taken out a policy with King Price for my car last year, and i got a better quote else where and when i decided to cancel the agent tried to convince me to stay by reducing my premium by R100 and when i went on the website and did a quote it was like R400 cheaper with the exact same details, never the less i decided to cancel and go with the better quote from my new insurance company and i called in and cancelled with King Price and repeatedly confirmed with the consultant that i want the policy cancelled and the the consultant confirmed that it is cancelled and i wouldnt be debited and now the still tried debiting my account and luckily i had moved the money all into my savings account after my debits went of or else the money would be in King Price bank account now, so now i have bank charges to pay thanks to King Price and i called in and the consultants are not so friendly as when i took out the policy no longer sweet talkers! dont ever take a policy with them you will regret it!!!!!!!!!
