King Price - claims process and outcomes!

I submitted a quote online and within just a few hours they were in contact with me to discuss, they collected appliances 2 days later and reverted back to myself with updates. The agent Unathi contacted me, (ironically she has handled a previous claim i sumitted as well) she was friendly as usual and explained to me the process followed by a confirmation email. 2 days later i received another update and the final outcome of the claim.
