King Price claims - Careless bunch

Most pathetic insurance ever, the entire claims department has been amazingly useless to me and my husband . Your agent obviously didn't follow the proper procedure and authorised a towing company that is not on your list, resulting in us having no car to take us back home and having to be dumped in the middle of nowhere, an hour away from home until we fought with you to organise a family runner to take us home at 5pm, 5hours after the accident. As if that was not enough you didn't bother to find out where the car was and every time we called you reffered us to a wrong place until we found the place ourselves. You then started looking for loopholes and did not want to pay for the release of our car and that took you almost a month because you were "investigating" I dont know what and did not give a damn about the fact that our car is at some weird place with no under cover parking whatsoever (We took pictures by the way), we are yet to find out if this ***** towing company has in any way tempered with any of the parts and oh boy, you must pray that everything is in order because if not you will be buying us a new car so that you can be less reckless the next time you handle a claim ! In short, maybe someone on another planet has had a good experience with you but as for me you suck!
