King Price claims a disaster
I had an accident two weeks ago, my claim was approved but the car is sitting at the SMD yard for 4 days and the panel beater cannot collect it because it not released.
It is a mission to speak to anyone, the claims department just rings.
king price offers low premiums but when you have a claim they do not care about you. It is not worth the hassle, rather pay a bit extra so you know in a time of an accident you will not have to fight with your own insurance company

16 Oct 2019, 12:23i have contacted king price many times and emailed. The car has additional repairs and it has to be approved but no response from king price.
the parts for the repair has an estimated time of arrival in November. i am using a hire car which king price refuses to renew no matter how many times i ask. it is because of their inefficiency that my car is not being repaired sooner.
this is a nightmare, worse than the accident itself. I am not even comfortable driving the car after it is repaired because one of the parts that was damaged was the inner wall and chassis leg.
