King Price claim process is frustrating

I have been trying to make a claim from King Price and the service I have received from them is appalling. I started the claim process on 17/10/2023 and provided them with all the necessary information as well as documentation. There has been some communication from them but they are very slow to respond.

I then decided to call their claim contact support number for assistance, I spoke to a different agent and she said she will assist and I should send her the details and documents for the claim. I mailed her as agreed but I have not heard from her since.

I followed up with the initial agent many times but no response. At this point I am stuck and not show what to do with regards to this claim.

I have not received any royal treatment from them, but should you require a quotation for a new service, they respond immediately. I wish they kept the same energy when dealing with claims
