King Price claim experience

I tried to claim a cracked windscreen after waiting 2 days for the glass company or King Price to return my calls and confirm when they will install, I decided to replace the screen myself. King Price now refuses to remove the claim from my claims history because it was submitted but never claimed.

I canceled my policy with them after my first claim experience. I have been with King Price for 4 years without any claims and when I tried to make one claim it was the worst experience.
