King Price Claim

My is Kabelo Bokgwathile, my policy number is KP***. I have launched a claim with King price and their response or rather service to give proper information but they don't want to pay for the claim they only want to pay for the thermostat and it is the cause of the secondary damage which is is part of my claim .. The lady Neisha was also ride when inquiring and wouldn't give me accurate information regarding my claim..
