King Price claim

Hi - I lodged a claim with King Price on 1 July 2019 and I was informed that the claim process takes up to 15 business days and this time has passed and no one at Kind Price is giving me a clear answer on when my claim will be finalized.

The assessment on my car is yet to be done as of today and has been rescheduled at least 3 times already. The company does not seem to care about its customers while I have not missed a single installment since joining them in 2017 and with two cars insured with them.

I really feel unappreciated at a customer and hope with this report there will be some form of urgency from King Price and I have been patient with them to give me regular updates.

I gone to the police for the accident report, given them the number of the first person at the scene and they have the details of the towing company but nothing has been done on my claim to date.

This is my last resort and I hope I will get better service following this post.
