King price Cellphone insurance is the worse
The worse! The claim has taken 3 weeks all because the claims assistance just refuses to help with the claim telephonically. I have called/emailed the call center everyday since to try and resolve it but the assigned person on my claim just does what she wants and has been no help. Don't insure with them. A simple phone claim and it feels like i am begging to be assisted.
