On 31 August in Cape Town, I was the victim of an attempted carjacking and *******. Fortunately, I managed to escape unharmed, but my vehicle was damaged during the incident. This experience was extremely traumatic.

Following my claim submission, King Price appointed an assessor, Mr. Quinton Van Deventer. I was deeply disturbed by his conduct. He was rude, unprofessional, and shouted at me during the assessment, which only added to the trauma I had already endured. No client, especially a crime victim, should be subjected to such treatment.

What is more disheartening is that, despite my loyalty to King Price for over 5 years of uninterrupted premium payments, my claim was unfairly rejected. This decision has left me feeling not only unsupported but also re-victimized by my own insurer at a time when I expected compassion and assistance.Never mind you when you call their their emergency assistence they come after 10 hours.
