King Price Car insurance

Hi All Please be careful when you are insuring with King price, My car insurance was cancelled all of sudden without me informing them to cancel it. i called them and asked them who authorised to cancel my policy and they confirmed that it was a mistake or system error and then i told them to re activate it. They confirrmed that it will be activated within 24 hours. it has been 4 days now the policy was not updated and asking for an update sending an email and did not get any response since. I seriously think that King price poor service and lack of management. rather look for an alternate car insurance.
