King Price car insurance

Please help I'm stuck with King price car insurance.

My car is insured with them with unresolved situation . telephonically I was told that my Claim has been approved later when I check for the completion on my car I'm told it has been written off.

I'm surprise because the car is still in good condition you can hardly see that it was involved in an accident. I still don't understand why my claim was approved later when I ask which of the unforseen parts has made them to come to their decision to write off my car. The only gave me two option to cancel the claim or they proceed with the write off.
