King price can't commit to a quote ....how can you trust them to pay a claim?

I requested a quote from King price as I see them advertising on television and also looked in to the ethos of the company. I thought that this is a company that I can align my self with.

I then contacted them online and requested a quote on the 5th August. A sales consultant by the name of Emily Mkhwa**** contacted me immediately for a quote. I send her a schedule and a inventory list. By the 10th of august I still did not hear any thing back from Emily or King Price.

I complained on the King Price website directly and were contacted by a manager and he handed me over to a gentle men by the name of Jesse Moses. Who promised me that he will do a quote for me so I send him the same information that I did to Emily. on the 12th August I received a mail from Jesse that he did not forgot about me and that he is still working on the quote.

In the meantime I got quotes from Momentum, Brolink, Discovery, Santam within a day.

I still haven't received my quote from King Price?

So my question is this how long does it take a company to do a quote if you had 3 people who were involved for almost 9 days. King Price advertise how wonderful they are I hear it from friends but this is experience so far is shocking.

Then I am also thinking even though I still want a quote to see what King price offers....can I trust them to pay a claim if they can't even give me a quote? How long will it take them with promises of coming back to you when you in claim period.
