King Price cannot update Cellphone number

Until now, I have not had any problems with King Price. I had 1 claim for an accident and 1 claim for Hail Storm, they all got processed and paid out quickly.

Now I am trying to change my cellphone number, and for the love of me, they can't do it. My new number is on the Policy documents and reflects on the Self-service portal, but every time they try to call me or give service providers my number, they give them the old number which I don't use anymore.

Just today, I urgently wanted to add new cover and was running out of airtime, I asked them to call me, and you guessed it, they called on my old number.

Can you please discard the old number and use my new number?
