King Price came through for me in my hardest time

In 2018 November 2018 i had an accident in my 6 months old Suzuki swift.

I contacted King price immediately and couldnt get hold of them because of the location of the accident, with assistance from other drivers i managed to call them and they sent a some people to come and collect the car.

It was written off and, as you can imagine i was devastated and broken, no injuries on both myself and my husband but the loss of our very first car left us feeling all kinds of depressed.

King price then assigned Nel Emile to handle our case, he did and after sending them all the documents, they paid off the car and we didn't have to pay a cent. We were very relieved since we thought we would have to pay some R9 500. Nel drove to our home, instead of inconveniencing us to meet him somewhere when we have just lost our car, he was very patient and listened with care.

In addition to my premium that kept on decreasing every month, they still refunded me for the premium they had just deducted for December and that money went into helping us maneuver around public transportation.

Unfortunately, when i had my second car, they were charging me way more premium than i could afford so i had to leave them.

We often complain about these insurance companies and their treatments when we want them to help us and i feel it is only fair that i express how grateful my husband and i will always be to King price insurance, we might never be with them again but i always take an opportunity to mention them when someone is looking for recommendations.

May you do this to more and more South Africans. The memory of the accident might still be painful but beyond that, you saved us from stress and depression.
