KING PRICE - BE WARE !!!!!!!!
I PHONED IN ON THE 3RD OCTOBER 2018 TO LOG A CLAIM FOR A CHIP REPAIR ON MY WINDSCREEN I THEN GOT A SMS TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY R750 TO THE PROVIDER FOR A CHIP REPAIR ?????????? THE PROVIDER HAS NOT CONTACTED ME AND THIS IS SOOOO *********** I SHOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT MY PREVIOUS INSURANCE FOR KING PRICE. I WAS JUST INFORMED BY KING PRICE CLAIMS DEPTARTMENT IF THEY DECIDE THAT THE WINDSCREEN HAS TO BE REPALCED AND DO NOT REPLACE THE WINDSCREEN THEY WILL DECLINE ALL FUTURE WINDSCREEN CLAIMS WHETHER IT IS A NEW CRACK OR NEW DAMAGE REGARDLESS !!!!!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY GET MYSELF ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY AND EVERYBODY OUT THERE BE WARNED ABOUT KING PRICE INSURANCE WHAT THEY PROMISE YOU AND WHAT YOU GET IS 2 DIFFERENT THINGS !!!!!!!

Please note that if a chip is past a certain size it cannot be repaired hence a windscreen replacement is required and your excess of R750 applies. In the event that the chip is repairable then no excess applies. The service provider has been in contact regarding this. Please let us know if you require any further information.
