KING PRICE BAD SERVICE

I live in a complex insured by King Price. Two years ago,when my house was leaking from the bad rainstorms, i sent queries to have it fixed. Three times,the service providers sent couldnt get the roof fixed correctly. It continued leaking. They finally got it "right". Right in inverted commas cause now and then the same roof gets damp and they never bothered to check. In any case the big issue now is that the damaged ceiling,is still not fixed two years later. I have raised the issue with them,and they brushed it off because they believe the channels i reported through (which was through the complex managment body at first) were not correct? whatever that means.

Its sad that we pay the insurance and when its time for them to come and assist with the service they promise to provide,they take a step back. I am very disgruntled because i know that even after i fix it myself ,no refund will come. I have seen how they rush to assist other residents even when they report the matter through the Management Body-I am starting to wonder if its not a race or perhaps a gender issue. I have had the worst treatment from Solver properties - i will not even begin to say much about Solver Properties. They are horrific so obviously King Price and Solver Properties are partnering in ripping some of us off and discriminating against residents.
