King price bad service.

Very bad service waiting now for 10 days to get them to help with a claim i have put in i am frustrated and dont dont know what to do they have been taking my money every month with out any hassels and never did they have to call me to make a paymrnt. I dont know if the are looking for reasons not to fix my problem or are what there problem is. My water bill will be sky high by the time they get here because i can't switch the water off because we need to use it so please hello peter help me.
